Spicy Deviled Eggs

6 deviled eggs
1/3 c. salsa
3 T. sour cream
3 T. green onion
T. olive, chopped
1 t. lemon juice
Red pepper strips
Parsley

Slice eggs in half. Separate whites from yolks. Mix in remaining ingredients. Fill whites with mixture. Garnish with pepper strips and parsley.

Italian Cheese Spread

6 oz goat cheese
8 oz cream cheese
1 garlic clove pressed
6 oz pesto
8 oz sun dried tomato in oil

Combine cheeses with garlic at room temperature. Line pie plate with plastic wrap. Layer 1/3 cheese mixture, sun dried tomatoes, 1/3 cheese, pesto,1/3 cheese. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate. Remove from mold before serving with crackers.
